- Conduct annual renewal and plan marketing for health/prescription, dental, and vision insurance
- Provide plan design considerations for cost control
- Perform dependent eligibility audit
- Calculate and benchmark tiered cost and contribution
- Conduct plan performance review
- Identify high cost claimants and refer to managed care options
- Provide compliance advisory services for various regulations
- Facilitate monthly management meetings and quarterly insurance committee meetings
- Engage in wellness initiatives
- Assist with problem resolution between employer and contracted service providers
