- Prequalify and manage trade contractors under CH149A
- Ensure continuous operation of temporary Logan Express facility during construction
- Coordinate with design team and Massport throughout project
- Deliver project within Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)
- Achieve substantial completion by Winter 2027
