Polygraph Services - SOTMP Program

The buyer seeks to enter into one or more contracts for statewide, on-site polygraph services for incarcerated sex offenders. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis at multiple correctional facilities. The buyer requires computerized polygraph examinations conducted by trained and certified professionals approved by the Colorado Sex Offender Management Board. Examinations will include sexual history disclosure, instant offense disclosure, and maintenance/monitoring tests.

• Approved examiner by Colorado Sex Offender Management Board
• Graduated from accredited American Polygraph Association School
• Minimum of high school diploma
• At least one year experience providing polygraph services in correctional setting
• Experience working/collaborating with treatment providers

• Provide on-site computerized polygraph services for incarcerated sex offenders
• Conduct sexual history disclosure, instant offense disclosure, and maintenance/monitoring tests
• Report results and concerning behaviors to SOTMP staff
• Participate in staffing meetings and supervision teams
• Submit written polygraph reports within 10 business days
• Release video recordings of examinations within 24 hours upon request
• Testify in hearings as requested by CDOC
• Maintain compliance with Sex Offender Management Board standards
