• Project Manager must have a California Civil Engineering License
• Contractor must possess a valid California Class C-10 Contractor's license

• Provide project and contract management throughout project duration
• Develop and implement optimized traffic signal synchronization timing
• Prepare plans, specifications and estimates for traffic signal equipment improvements
• Procure, furnish and install approved infrastructure improvements
• Provide construction management services to oversee improvement implementations
• Provide ongoing signal timing and maintenance support for 2 years after initial implementation
