The buyer seeks a Construction Manager and/or At-Risk Construction Manager for the MAPS 4 Multipurpose Stadium Project. • Must be registered with Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services
• Must be prequalified by City of Oklahoma City's Prequalification Review Board
• Must comply with 25 O.S. §1313 and participate in Status Verification System

• Provide pre-construction services during all design phases
• Attend and participate in project meetings with City and architect
• Perform cost estimating and recommend construction phasing
• Review constructability, material availability, and provide value engineering
• Draft trade contractor prequalification, packages, and contracts
• Provide construction schedules and estimated cost of construction
• Recommend construction means and methods
• Assess and advise on schedule and budget impacts
• Assist with trade contractor bidding
• Hold all awarded trade contracts
