Continuing Consulting Services Land Surveying & Mapping, Architecture, Engineering and Landscape Architecture

The buyer is seeking continuing consulting services for land surveying and mapping, architecture, engineering, and landscape architecture. The contract will be used on an as-needed basis for various projects. The buyer will establish budgets for each service authorization. The contract does not guarantee any minimum or maximum services to be ordered during the agreement term.

• Provide land surveying and mapping services
• Offer architectural design and consultation
• Deliver professional engineering services
• Perform landscape architecture design and planning
• Develop project-specific work plans and schedules
• Collaborate with city departments on various projects
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies
• Create detailed design drawings and specifications
• Manage project budgets and resources
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations
