The buyer is seeking proposals for turnkey graphic design services to remodel several school cafeterias. The goal is to redesign cafeterias using innovative food service industry trends to appeal to students and increase meal program participation. Designs should be unique to each school, highlight wellness and healthy choices, and may include academic achievement themes. The project includes design, planning, development, production, delivery and installation of all proposed products.

• Prepare presentation showing concepts for school packages
• Provide 3 unique design concepts for stakeholders to choose from
• Design, plan, develop, manage, produce, deliver and install all proposed products
• Oversee all aspects of project including working with subcontractors
• Schedule work after school hours with minimal disruption to meal service
• Remove and properly dispose of old equipment and materials
• Keep work site and surrounding areas free of waste and rubbish
• Submit project design and construction schedule
• Provide vector files of all graphics upon completion
