The buyer is seeking professional services for the development, maintenance, and optimization of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution. This solution will be used for customer engagement, metrics, and indicator tracking for all programs of the Central California Rural Regional Energy Network (CCR-REN). The scope includes project management, CRM selection and development, ongoing maintenance, and optimization of the implemented solution. The buyer also requires relevant ad hoc services as needed.

  • Develop a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solution for CCR-REN
  • Provide overall project management for CRM implementation
  • Select and customize CRM solution for customer engagement and metrics tracking
  • Maintain and optimize the implemented CRM solution
  • Offer ad hoc services related to CRM as needed
  • Track indicators for all CCR-REN programs through the CRM
  • Ensure CRM solution supports customer engagement for CCR-REN
  • Integrate metrics tracking capabilities into the CRM system
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the CRM solution
  • Train CCR-REN staff on using the new CRM system
