  • Provide at least three professional references
  • Maintain software to accept and process travel guide order requests
  • Prepare and ship individual and bulk travel guide requests
  • Manage inventory and provide reporting on guide fulfillment
  • Answer customer service phone line and respond to traveler emails
  • Coordinate shipping of trade show materials domestically and internationally
  • Manage Travel Oregon Regional Pack program with 7 regional partners
  • Produce reports on guide requests by source, location, and interests
  • Provide API connection to transmit customer data to Travel Oregon's database
  • Stay current on Oregon tourism information to assist travelers
  • Manage postage account and resolve any shipping issues
