• 7/14/2025 - CM/GC Commences Construction
• 12/31/2025 - Construction complete

• Provide Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) services for design and construction
• Develop schematic design documents and cost estimates
• Create final construction documents and obtain permits
• Manage subcontract solicitation and management
• Implement ground source (geothermal) heat pump system
• Design ventilation system with manual and automated controls
• Incorporate steel plates and tracks in concrete slab for heavy equipment
• Install fire suppression system and dedicated cistern
• Construct all-electric building using 2021 IBC and IECC codes
• Complete construction while maintaining landfill operations
