The buyer seeks experienced agencies to administer subsidized youth employment programs for Chicago youth aged 16-24. The program aims to provide meaningful employment opportunities by exposing youth to various industries. Selected agencies will facilitate work experiences, deliver mental health and career readiness curriculum, and achieve a minimum 10% placement rate into permanent employment. The program will serve 6,800 youth across 73 agencies for two years.

- Recruit and hire Chicago youth aged 16-24 for summer employment
- Provide job placements or specialized training programs
- Deliver mental health awareness and career readiness curriculum
- Facilitate transition of at least 10% of youth to permanent employment
- Ensure 55% of hires are from target populations
- Implement Individual Placement and Support model
- Establish partnerships with employers and community organizations
- Provide comprehensive support services to youth participants
- Allocate 5 hours per week to enhanced curriculum delivery
- Track and report on program outcomes and youth employment data
