The buyer is seeking communications and marketing services to maintain and enhance its position as the leading land port in North America. The selected firm will provide public communications, creative services, digital and social media management, artwork development, and videography/photography services. The contract will be for one year with options to extend for two additional one-year periods.

• Minimum of five years' experience in trade marketing

• Develop and implement strategic messaging for priority markets
• Seek positive news coverage in national and local publications
• Create content for print and digital marketing materials
• Provide media relations counsel and execute digital media strategy
• Develop creative concepts and artwork for advertising campaigns
• Maintain and grow Port Laredo's social media presence
• Produce high-quality photography and videography content
• Provide creative direction and design services
• Advise on cost-effective advertising approaches
• Attend public meetings as requested by Port Laredo
