The buyer is seeking proposals for the design, construction and installation of a bathhouse and lifeguard station at Gilbert Boucher Park. The project includes a 24x24 ft structure with restrooms, lifeguard triage space, and storage area. The building must include ADA accessible features and meet all applicable codes and standards. The buyer requires the project to be completed by May 15, 2025.

• 5/15/2025 - Anticipated Project Completion Date

• Design and build a 24x24 ft bathhouse and lifeguard station
• Install concrete slab for building floor plan
• Construct porch/deck with ADA accessible ramp
• Install restrooms with infant changing areas, sinks, and toilets
• Create lifeguard triage space and storage area
• Install electrical outlets and plumbing fixtures
• Obtain all required federal, state and local permits
• Coordinate with Recreation and Public Works Departments
• Remove debris and complete site work
• Provide 5-year warranty on materials and workmanship
