  • Prepare comprehensive Property Tax Bill Levy Reports
  • Assist with annual fee levy approval process
  • Submit finalized Levy Reports for property tax bill inclusion
  • Administer Direct Billing Process for properties not on tax rolls
  • Calculate and invoice fees for City-owned parcels
  • Coordinate with property managers to identify possessory interest leaseholders
  • Generate periodic reports on paid invoices and outstanding balances
  • Respond to inquiries related to property tax bill statements and direct invoices
