The buyer is soliciting applications for an Eviction Prevention Program in Pierce County. The program will provide eviction prevention services and case management to eligible households at risk of homelessness due to past due rents. The buyer will select up to two organizations to deliver services. Funding is available for a 24-month period with possibility of renewal.

• 2/21/2025 - Question Submission Deadline
• 2/25/2025 - Question Response Deadline
• 2/28/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be a nonprofit organization
• Must be registered as a business entity with Washington State
• Must have experience providing rental and utility assistance in Pierce County

• Provide eviction prevention services and case management
• Assess household ability to pay rent on an ongoing basis
• Refer households to public benefits and social services
• Provide financial assistance for rental arrears
• Enter data into Eviction Prevention Portal and HMIS
• Participate in Randomized Control Trial
• Conduct outreach and promote program
• Collect required documentation from tenants and landlords
• Issue payments to landlords and utility companies
• Provide comprehensive case management services
