- Ability to integrate with existing third-party applications
- Five years experience implementing interface engines and U-EMPI solutions
- Compatibility with HL7, XML, DICOM, SOAP, and FHIR standards
- Implement and support an Enterprise Interface Engine
- Implement a Universal Enterprise Master Person Index (U-EMPI)
- Migrate existing interfaces to the new platform
- Establish standards and protocols for linking identifiers across systems
- Integrate patient and provider identifiers into registration and reporting systems
- Deploy technologies to eliminate duplicate registrations
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to NYC Health + Hospitals staff
- Develop a comprehensive documentation system
- Offer hosting solutions for both cloud-based and on-premises environments
