• 10% subcontracting to MWBEs certified by City or State of New York
• Five consecutive years in business
• Annual revenue of $10 million for last three consecutive fiscal years
• Ability to integrate with existing third-party applications
• Five years experience implementing interface engines and U-EMPI solutions
• Compatibility with HL7, XML, DICOM, SOAP, and FHIR standards
