- Licensed Florida Contractor pursuant to Chapter 489 Florida Statutes
- Florida licensed qualifying agent for architectural/landscape architectural services or qualified for engineering services
- Develop design in collaboration with City and CRA
- Provide preliminary schedule and Guaranteed Maximum Price estimate
- Submit 30%, 60% and 90% design plans and specifications
- Obtain necessary permits for construction
- Perform construction work according to approved plans
- Provide as-built drawings and equipment manuals upon completion
