The buyer seeks to implement a 24x7x365 security operations center to monitor, hunt threats, remediate and mitigate potential security incidents. The SOC will protect the buyer's network, systems, applications, data and users. It will enable compliance with regulations and support research revenue opportunities. The contract is for 3 years with a 3-year renewal option.
