• Current licenses to perform construction management services and act as prime contractor in South Carolina
• Ability to obtain required insurance and bonding for $180 million project
• Experience Modification Rates not exceeding 1.00 for previous five years
• Not appear on Federal Government's Excluded Parties List System or any state debarment list

• Provide preconstruction services including scheduling, constructability reviews, and value engineering
• Develop Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) and Construction Master Schedule
• Manage and coordinate all trade contracts, subcontracts, and shop drawings
• Oversee construction of 200,000-250,000 square feet of fan amenity space
• Coordinate phased work between football seasons in 2025-2027
• Manage demolition, reconstruction and expansion of west stadium areas
• Upgrade facilities in north endzone and potentially other stadium areas
• Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems for design and construction
• Provide project closeout documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals
• Coordinate with small, minority and women-owned business enterprises
