  • Select and prepare auction site
  • Transport auction items from City locations to auction site
  • Advertise auctions through appropriate channels
  • Provide comprehensive documentation and reports for each auction
  • Facilitate transfer of titles for sold vehicles
  • Remit sales proceeds to City within 7 business days
  • Dispose of any unsold items
  • Maintain required insurance coverage
  • Conduct minimum of two auctions per year
