• Maintain uninterrupted utility services throughout construction
• Comply with American Iron and Steel requirements for iron/steel products
• Provide performance and payment bonds for 100% of contract price
• Submit detailed sequence of operations plan within 14 days of contract execution
• Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations
• Complete all work within specified contract time
