The buyer is looking for several diverse and well-qualified vendors to support its efforts in advancing racial and social equity within the organization and community.

• Expertise in racial and social equity training and/or organizational development
• Deep understanding of structural racial and social institutions
• Understanding of current laws, practices, and policies
• Demonstrated inclusive partnership with clients
• Demonstrated facilitation skills in diverse settings

• Provide racial and social equity education and training
• Conduct equity analysis and application of tools
• Develop skills in data analysis and evaluation
• Deliver communication and inclusive facilitation training
• Foster inclusive cultures and community connectedness
• Offer leadership and coaching services
• Facilitate community engagement
• Provide executive and group coaching
• Design and facilitate inclusive meetings and retreats
• Assist with organizational change management and strategic planning
