• Ensure regulatory compliance with HUD regulations and local laws
• Assist in policy development and preparation of subrecipient agreements
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with HUD
• Assist in budgeting, planning, and grant disbursement
• Prepare and submit required reports including Annual Action Plan and CAPER
• Conduct environmental assessments and reviews
• Monitor subrecipients and perform on-site monitoring visits
• Provide training and technical assistance on HUD requirements
