The buyer is seeking IT consulting services for a 5-year contract. The scope includes on-site and remote IT management, system maintenance, software support, and cybersecurity. • 2/13/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Microsoft Office certified with minimum 5 years experience working with municipal or public agencies
• Maintain a bona fide principal office in New Jersey
• Licensed to conduct business in New Jersey
• Provide off-site backup services
• Have sufficient support staff to provide all required computer services

• Provide on-site and remote IT management and consulting services
• Act as Zoom administrator for public meetings
• Perform proactive system maintenance and security management
• Support software applications like Microsoft Office 365 and Edmund's finance software
• Provide 24-hour maintenance of system integrity and cyber security
• Perform data backup, recovery, and email archiving
• Conduct strategic planning for future system upgrades
• Create employee portals and manage security clearances
• Maintain hardware/software inventory and license documentation
• Recommend and install new workstation equipment and software as needed
