The service should offer the ability to locate people through various search criteria and provide updated information including employment data. The buyer requires a secure web portal with batch processing capabilities. The service will support the Collection Division in managing accounts receivable and collecting debts owed to the state of Oregon.

• Provide skip tracing data through a secure web portal
• Locate people using various search criteria (name, address, phone, SSN, etc.)
• Provide current updated information including employment data
• Exchange files with skip tracing requests in large batches
• Locate SSNs using other personal identifiable information
• Allow administrator to add and remove authorized users
• Provide industry standard demographic information
• Offer a wide range of search criteria
• Include a minimum of 15 years of previous address data
• Support accounts receivable management for collection staff
