The buyer is requesting proposals for senior-level, on-call consultative services for their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1). The system supports various business processes including finance, accounting, budgets, procurement, accounts payable and receivable, and real estate. The contract term will be for three years with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions at the buyer's discretion. The buyer has relied on E1 for over 15 years and seeks ongoing support and maintenance.

• 1/28/2025 - Last day to submit Requests for Information
• 2/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/24/2025 - Proposals reviewed / highest ranked proposers identified
• 5/31/2025 - Execute Contract and Notice to Proceed

• Provide senior-level, on-call consultative services for JD Edwards Enterprise One (E1) system
• Support finance, accounting, budgets, procurement, accounts payable and receivable, and real estate processes
• Perform system maintenance, upgrades, security patching, and application development
• Offer managed services and ongoing support for E1 system
