• Implement cloud-based ERP system with core financials, payroll, HR, and utility billing
• Provide property management, code enforcement, inspections, and permitting modules
• Integrate GIS and economic development services
• Implement real estate and other tax billing systems
• Develop mobile capabilities for field inspectors
• Set up online customer account access and payment systems
• Integrate with ADP for timecards and payroll
• Provide robust report writer for custom report creation
• Implement point of sale capability for various payment forms
• Ensure single updating point and shared database among all modules
