• Perform IAQ and mold survey of hospital buildings
• Conduct asbestos and lead sampling as needed
• Set up containment barriers and air filtration systems
• Remove and dispose of contaminated building materials
• Clean and treat salvageable surfaces
• Apply anti-microbial treatments and sealants
• Perform HVAC duct cleaning
• Conduct post-remediation testing and inspection
• Replace removed building materials
• Provide detailed documentation of all work performed
