- Manage vTrunk appliances, vPhone appliances, and InGate SIParators
- Service ShoreTel IP Phones (655 and IP480g models)
- Maintain system configuration for users, trunk groups, and hunt groups
- Support auto-attendants and DIDs
- Provide remote support tools and multiple support channels
- Offer on-site support services if needed
