The Oklahoma City Municipal Facilities Authority

Buyer seeks proposals for Oracle Fusion Cloud support and optimization services. The scope includes operational support, quarterly update testing, and validation for Human Capital Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Enterprise Performance Management modules. Buyer requires expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud platform, managed services experience, and ability to provide both ongoing support and quarterly update services. The contract will be for five years with an option to renew for an additional five years.

• Minimum of five years experience providing managed services for Oracle Fusion Cloud
• Successful completion of projects for organizations of comparable size and complexity
• Access to qualified staff certified in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies
• Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud quarterly update processes and tools

• Provide operational and optimization support for Oracle Fusion Cloud platform
• Conduct testing and validation of Oracle's quarterly Fusion Cloud updates
• Assist with data management, integration, and reporting
• Implement solutions to enhance user experience and functionality
• Provide guidance on best practices and Oracle-recommended processes
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for non-production environment
• Address and resolve issues discovered during testing
• Provide post-deployment support during production rollout
• Document support activities, solutions, and recommendations
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to Contracting Entity staff
