The buyer seeks a contractor to provide electronic Forms services for the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Office of the Chief Information Office. The contractor will design and develop electronic forms using Adobe applications. Services include creating new forms, revising existing forms, ensuring encryption and e-Reader compatibility, and implementing Section 508 Compliance. The contractor must conform to DHS forms standards and assist the Forms Management Office in various form management activities.

• Extensive experience and knowledge of Adobe LiveCycle ES4 and/or Adobe Experience Manager Desktop Designer
• Capability to provide Adobe Form Design and Development Services

• Create new electronic forms using Adobe LiveCycle ES4 or Adobe Experience Manager Desktop Designer
• Revise existing electronic forms to meet DHS standards
• Ensure all forms have strong encryption and are e-Reader enabled
• Implement Section 508 Compliance in all forms
• Conform to DHS forms standards and ICE Forms Directive
• Conduct periodic reviews to identify forms needing revision or abolishment
• Provide uniformity and consistency in form management activities
• Assist the Forms Management Office with form creation and revisions
• Ensure efficiency in all form management activities
• Safeguard proprietary information according to Government regulations
