The Esplanade is a mixed-use project on Pittsburgh's North Side, consisting of seven new buildings on 15-acres. The project will be built in two phases, with Phase 1 construction starting in spring 2025. Buyer is hosting an outreach event to introduce the project and discuss sitework and site utility construction opportunities. The project aims to create an inclusive riverfront community with new economic and job opportunities for the region.
