The center will provide recovery support services to residents in all stages of recovery from substance use disorder. Buyer aims to improve health, housing, purpose, and community support for individuals in recovery. The program will offer peer support, workforce skills, transportation assistance, and family support services.

• Operate a recovery center with supportive services designed by local recovery communities
• Offer various recovery support groups and activities
• Facilitate community events to promote recovery-supportive opportunities
• Provide 24/7 telephone peer recovery support services
• Offer transportation resources and volunteer opportunities
• Host annual recovery events and educational conferences
• Conduct community outreach and education to reduce stigma
• Host Certified Recovery Specialist and Family Recovery Specialist trainings
• Create and promote family support groups and resources
• Collect and analyze data on recovery outcomes and program effectiveness
