Buyer seeks construction management and inspection services for the West Hartford Center Infrastructure Project. • Oversee daily construction activities and ensure compliance with contract specifications
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including businesses, property managers, and residents
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedule aligning with project milestones
• Conduct regular inspections to verify compliance with approved designs and specifications
• Prepare weekly progress reports including updates on schedule, budget, and risks
• Review payment applications and change orders
• Implement quality control plan including site inspections and material testing
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation measures
• Conduct final inspection and prepare punch list
• Assist with project closeout documents, warranties, and maintenance schedules
