Lakeview Commons Summer Series

The buyer is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to develop, manage, and execute signature summer events at Lakeview Commons facility. The events will occur weekly from May to September. The buyer is open to creative ideas that can be accommodated at the facility and attract both residents and visitors. The events must be open to the general public at no cost to attendees. The selected proposer will be responsible for all aspects of event production and management.

• 12/18/2024 - Release of RFP
• 1/30/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 2/25/2025 - City Council Award

• Minimum of three consecutive years of special event production experience

• Develop, manage, and execute signature summer events at Lakeview Commons facility
• Propose weekly event series to occur May-September
• Manage all aspects of event production including security, site planning, budgeting
• Develop marketing plan and website to brand the summer event series
• Secure sponsorships and funding for events
