The buyer seeks qualified vendors to provide Orchard Core development, consulting, troubleshooting, and maintenance services for its public-facing websites. The selected vendor will work closely with the buyer's project manager to deliver a wide range of services. These include page development, code repository management, code releases, system architecture updates, and security enhancements. The buyer is committed to creating an equitable and inclusive digital experience for all users. The work will be completed on a per-project basis with pricing based on a flat hourly rate.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining websites using Orchard Core CMS
• Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 standards and ability to implement accessible digital solutions
• Proficiency with tools like GitHub, Figma, and Basecamp
• Capability to deliver work on a per-project basis
• Experience as a full-service agency handling various web development and consulting needs

• Develop new pages and update existing ones using Orchard Core CMS
• Manage code repository and coordinate code releases
• Implement system architecture and security updates
• Ensure all deliverables adhere to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards
• Provide user testing and functionality enhancements for inclusive experience
• Offer strategic advice and consulting for Orchard Core CMS implementation
• Conduct code reviews and system optimization
