Buyer seeks applications for innovative approaches to private sector engagement in skills development in Georgia. The program aims to strengthen linkages between skills training and high-value employment opportunities. • Must be registered in Georgia and in good standing with authorities
• Must have established linkages to beneficiary groups identified in scope of work
• Must demonstrate strong capacity for sustainable engagement in skills development programs
• Must have sound management and financial/administrative policies and procedures

• Develop innovative approaches to private sector engagement in skills development
• Strengthen linkages between skills training and high-value employment opportunities
• Design and implement grant activities to enhance participation in skills development approaches
• Ensure gender and social inclusion in proposed grant activities
• Develop partnerships between private sector employers and training providers
• Implement environmental safeguards and compliance measures
• Track and report on specific performance indicators
• Conduct outreach activities to share results of pilot practices/models
• Develop sustainability and scalability plans for grant activities
• Provide cost-sharing of at least 20% of requested grant amount
