Bids must be submitted in Ohio Buys format with a PDF copy on company letterhead. The buyer will select based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. The buyer reserves the right to make no award or reject any and all bids.

• Must be on State of Ohio Contract STS 534354 or authorized by manufacturer
• Must be MBE Certified
• Must be able to provide Tableau Creator License Renewals

• Provide Tableau Creator License Renewals
• Submit quotes in Ohio Buys format
• Include PDF copy of bid on company letterhead
• Provide vendor email and contact number
• Ensure bid is valid for minimum 90 days
• Reference STS Contract # on bid
• Offer pricing same or lower than STS contract pricing
• Provide proof of manufacturer authorization (for non-STS suppliers)
• Demonstrate MBE certification
• Meet or exceed State Term Schedule (STS) requirements
