The buyer is seeking a Construction Manager to provide pre-construction and at-risk construction management services for the rehabilitation of the historic Broadway Market in Buffalo, NY. The project aims to transform the Market into a vibrant, competitive public market that will catalyze neighborhood development. The buyer requires collaboration with the Design Team and stakeholders throughout the project. The scope includes planning, cost estimating, constructability review, and managing all aspects of construction.

• Provide pre-construction planning and cost estimating services
• Deliver at-risk construction management services
• Collaborate with Design Team on design, constructability, cost and schedule
• Develop project schedule and logistic plans
• Perform constructability review of design documents
• Prepare phasing plan to minimize disruption to current Market operations
• Complete and reconcile construction cost estimates
• Conduct value engineering sessions
• Coordinate subcontractor bids and determine guaranteed maximum price
• Manage all aspects of construction including quality control and safety
