Management of the Food Truck Festival 2025

The buyer seeks proposals from qualified organizations to manage its food truck festival on September 20 & 21, 2025. The selected organization will be responsible for soliciting and selecting vendors, managing logistics, and coordinating with city officials. The festival will feature up to 25 food trucks per day and a beer garden. Proposals are due January 23, 2025.

• Collect fees from vendors
• Ensure vendors apply for required permits
• Prepare food truck location plan
