• Minimum two years conducting business within Phoenix Metropolitan Area
• Minimum two years experience providing services listed in Scope of Work
• Sufficient local staff capacity with required knowledge and skills

• Conduct asbestos testing on designated properties
• Perform lead-based paint testing and risk assessments
• Carry out radon testing in accordance with EPA recommendations
• Design and install radon mitigation systems if levels exceed EPA action level
• Provide detailed reports for all testing and mitigation services
