- Experience in management of Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Programs
- Adherence to Federal standards as outlined in 2 CFR Part 200
- Administer all aspects of grant according to TWDB and FEMA agreements
- Prepare required reports and reimbursement requests
- Assist in procurement of qualified contractors
- Coordinate meetings with homeowners and outline project scope
- Manage budget to ensure homes are completed within available funding
- Facilitate payments to contractors from the City
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and grant requirements
- Assist in solicitation of elevation contractors
- Prepare and present mitigation offers to homeowners
- Facilitate establishment of FEMA-required post-elevation deed restrictions
