The buyer seeks professional grant administration and project management services for a Flood Mitigation Assistance Grant Project. • Prepare required reports and reimbursement requests
• Assist in procurement of qualified contractors
• Coordinate meetings with homeowners and outline project scope
• Manage budget to ensure homes are completed within available funding
• Facilitate payments to contractors from the City
• Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and grant requirements
• Assist in solicitation of elevation contractors
• Prepare and present mitigation offers to homeowners
• Facilitate establishment of FEMA-required post-elevation deed restrictions
