• Provide owner's representation through design and construction phases
• Participate in design meetings and provide feedback on owner's vision
• Review and comment on all design iterations
• Ensure project remains within budget and on schedule
• Review closeout documentation and provide comments
• Provide 16 hours per week on-site during construction
• Conduct thorough review of project documents and processes
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO and NFPA regulations
• Participate in progress meetings and provide written field reports
• Advocate for owner's interests throughout project lifecycle
