Buyer requires upgrading to Schneider Electric's new Andover & EcoStruxure Buildings (EBO) building management software platform. The project involves converting and upgrading software at the Puget Sound VA Medical Center. Buyer seeks authorized distributors of Schneider Electric's Andover & EcoStruxure Buildings (EBO) software to perform the upgrade across multiple buildings. The scope includes replacing controllers, adding new servers, and providing new programming and graphics for various mechanical systems.

• 1/17/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must be an authorized distributor for Schneider Electric's Andover EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) Software platform
• Must have software programming services capabilities

• Remove CX controllers and replace with new EBO Automation Servers (AS-P)
• Add 8 AS-P Automation Servers to replace existing CX9900 network controllers
• Provide new programming and graphics for mechanical equipment across multiple systems
• Perform system-wide backup of programming, code, configurations, and settings
• Design layout of new system including network architecture and component locations
• Convert Continuum programming to EcoStruxure AS-P network servers
• Create new modernized graphics based on web-enabled HTML language
• Perform final cut-over on site, replacing legacy network controllers
• Verify communication and basic program operation
• Provide updated controls drawings, closeout, and warranty documents
