- Consult on bond ratings and participate in presentations to rating agencies
- Monitor refunding opportunities and assist with refunding transactions
- Evaluate and recommend financial management strategies
- Assist in developing long-term debt financing plan
- Represent Alamo RMA in presentations to TxDOT, FHWA and other entities
