The buyer is seeking to renew their IBM software subscriptions and support for FileNet Image Services and Datacap Taskmaster Capture. This is a small business reserve procurement limited to certified small business vendors. The buyer requires authorized IBM resellers who are current Master Contractors under the COTS 2012 contract to submit proposals. The contract period is for one year starting January 1, 2025.

• 1/1/2025 - Software Subscription Start Date
• 1/2/2025 - PORFP Issue Date
• 1/9/2025 - Questions Due Date
• 1/15/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 12/31/2025 - Software Subscription End Date

• Must be a certified small business vendor
• Must be an awarded Master Contractor under COTS 2012 contract
• Must be an authorized reseller for IBM

• Renew IBM Passport Advantage Agreement
• Provide IBM FileNet Image Services software and support
• Deliver IBM Datacap Taskmaster Capture software and support
• Ensure virus-free COTS software
• Submit all required licensing agreements and terms
