• Provide comprehensive planning and design services
• Develop conceptual design, schematic design, and design development documents
• Create construction documents and provide construction administration
• Perform interior design, including furniture and signage layouts
• Design mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and communication systems
• Conduct code review and compliance checks
• Support commissioning process
• Coordinate with Construction Manager at Risk
• Assist with sustainable design and Georgia Peach certification
• Manage project budget and schedule
