Buyer seeks proposals for the operation and management of its campus bookstores. Buyer is open to both virtual and brick & mortar options. The successful proposer will provide a wide range of course materials, emblematic merchandise, and general retail items. Buyer aims to enhance institutional pride and brand recognition while offering affordable and convenient merchandise to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The contract will begin January 1, 2026 for an initial term of five years.

• Operate and manage CSN Bookstores and online eCommerce sites
• Provide sales of course materials, emblematic apparel, and other items
• Implement Inclusive Access and Equitable Access programs
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns
• Integrate with CSN's SIS and LMS platforms
• Provide customer support through multiple channels
• Offer affordable pricing models and transparency
• Implement efficient fulfillment and delivery systems
• Provide real-time analytics and reporting tools
• Support CSN's sustainability efforts
