- Accommodate 100-150 exhibit booths with 300-person reception area
- Provide ballroom for 650-700 attendees in full rounds
- Offer general session room for 250-350 in half rounds
- Provide 3-4 breakout rooms for 200 attendees each in classroom setting
- Offer registration area and extra office/storage room
- Provide or allow AV setup in all rooms
- Offer catering for 700 plated breakfast and lunch or allow outside catering
- Provide experience hosting large conferences with exhibitors
- Offer parking and exhibitor electrical drop options
