- Provided toll operational and technical support services to at least one client in past 5 years
- Monitor toll collection system maintenance and performance
- Review data transfers between Central Toll Host and Customer Service Center
- Assist with planning initiatives to upgrade toll collection systems
- Provide technical support for NYCSC operations
- Monitor E-ZPass Plus for airport parking
- Support Port Liberty New York Toll Reimbursement Program
- Assist with E-ZPass Interoperability and new technology projects
- Develop specifications for new technology and data analytic initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and research industry trends in tolling
